GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND POTATOES SKILLET

Take the steaks out of the fridge about 20-30 minutes before cooking to bring them to room temperature.
Pat dry the steaks with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Once the skillet is hot, carefully place the steaks in the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting the time according to your desired level of doneness. Use tongs to flip the steaks.
In the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic, butter, and fresh rosemary to the skillet. Tilt the skillet slightly and spoon the melted butter over the steaks continuously. This will infuse them with flavor. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

2. Cooking the Potatoes:

In a separate skillet or pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the cubed potatoes to the skillet and let them cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to get golden brown.
Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to the potatoes, stirring to combine.
Cover the skillet with a lid and let the potatoes cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until they are cooked through and crispy on the outside. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
Once the potatoes are done, remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
3. Serving:

Arrange the cooked steaks and potatoes on a serving platter.
Drizzle any remaining garlic butter from the steak skillet over the steaks for extra flavor.
Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet!
This dish combines the tenderness of the steak with the savory flavors of garlic and butter, complemented by the crispy, seasoned potatoes. It’s a hearty and satisfying meal perfect for a cozy dinner or special occasion.
