Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaves

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, minced garlic, beaten egg, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add the milk to the mixture and combine thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Shape the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over the loaves for added flavor and moisture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
If desired, sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of the loaves during the last 5 minutes of baking to melt.
Remove from the oven and let the meatloaves rest for a few minutes before serving.
