½ cup buttermilk
½ cup canola oil, or other neutral tasting oil
½ cup orange juice
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 ½ cups fresh cranberries
For the Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons orange juice
