Hands down, this is the best meatloaf recipe we’ve ever had in our house

2 kilos of prime rib
chop one yellow onion (save some for the glaze recipe later on)
Dried stuffing mix, 12 oz.
Half a cup of milk
Two eggs
Garnish with salt and pepper as desired.
As for the sauce:1.5 cups of tomato sauce
a quarter cup of light brown sugar
The two tablespoons of chopped onion mentioned earlier
white vinegar, 2 tablespoons
1 heaping spoonful of mustard spices
with half a teaspoon of pepper
Instructions:
1. Arrange a layer of tin foil inside the slow cooker, leaving a enough overhang on both sides to facilitate meatloaf removal.
Second, mix the glaze ingredients in a big basin and put it aside.
Third, combine the ground beef with the remaining bit of onion, stuffing mix, milk, eggs, pepper, and salt. Roll up the dough and set it in the slow cooker. Put half a cup of the glaze you made on top.
The meatloaf should be cooked to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) after 6-8 hours of low heat cooking or 3-4 hours of high heat cooking, covered in a slow cooker.
5. When done, use the foil overhang to pull the meatloaf out of the pan. Apply 2/3 cup of glaze on top. Cook under the broiler until the glaze has set.

Top with the leftover glaze and your preferred side dishes.
The mouthwatering scent of this Slow Cooker Meatloaf will fill your house and the bellies of all your guests, whether you’re having a quiet night in or entertaining a large group. Indulge in the ease and familiarity of this classic cuisine as you make memories that will last a lifetime, each by mouthful.
