Measure out the baking powder, cinnamon, and powdered oats and combine them in a bowl.
Whisk the eggs in a separate dish and mix them with the yogurt.
Mix the wet and dry ingredients together until well combined.
Add the apple dice and gently mix.
Get the pancakes started.
Coat a flat cooking surface or nonstick pan liberally with cooking spray or oil and heat it over medium heat.
Pour a little amount of batter into the pan in order to cook pancakes.
