Line the dish with biscuits of your choice.
In a saucepan, add the egg yolks (2 units), sugar (80 g) and cornstarch (20 g),
then cook for 1 minute after the first bubbles appear.
Then add the butter.
Pour half of the cream over the biscuits.
Add another layer of biscuits on top.
With the other half of the cream, add the cocoa and mix.
Pour the rest of the cream over the biscuits.
Take the chocolate (80 g) and melt it in the microwave.
Add the chocolate cream.
Pour it over the cocoa cream.
Put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
