Steak with Garlic Cream Sauce
Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks (or your preferred cut)
Salt and pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup beef broth
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat, cook steaks to desired doneness, then set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Pour in beef broth, stirring to deglaze the pan.
Add heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, simmer until the sauce thickens.
Serve steaks topped with the garlic cream sauce.
Notes:
Substitute beef broth with vegetable broth for a lighter option.
Pair with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
