Ingredients:
– 1 large head of cabbage
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 cup cooked rice
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 can diced tomatoes
– 1 can tomato sauce
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
– 1 cup beef or vegetable broth
Instructions:
1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove the core from the cabbage and place the whole head in the boiling water. Cook for about 5 minutes, or until the outer leaves are softened. Remove the cabbage from the water and carefully peel off the leaves. Set aside.
