Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1 cup rolled oats
Optional add-ins: Raisins, craisins, or miniature dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with foil or baking paper.
2. Mash 1 ripe banana in a bowl until smooth. Stir in 1 cup of rolled oats until combined. Add optional add-ins if desired.
3. Scoop and shape mixture into cookie-sized rounds on the baking pan.
4. Bake (Oven): Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden at the edges.
Microwave (Quick Option): Place portions on a microwave-safe plate with space between them Microwave on high for about 1 minute.
5. Cool: Allow cookies to cool briefly on the pan/plate. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
