8 ounce package uncooked wide egg noodles
2 Tablespoons unsalted butter
½ cup finely diced onion
1 cup button mushrooms sliced thinly
¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 ½ cups beef broth
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
26 ounce package frozen meatballs thawed
Fresh parsley for serving optional
Cook noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 13×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a saucepan, melt butter.
